Concrete, done right

Warehouse Floor Scrubbing in Irving

Auto scrubbers that clean concrete aisles and docks. Tire marks and dust gone. Work timed around your shifts.

Sweeping Is Not Cleaning

A broom moves dust around. It does not touch forklift tire marks, grime in the staging lanes or the film that builds up by the dock doors. Over time that dirt grinds into the sealer. Floors look worn. Line markings fade. Some spots get slick. Warehouses on the west side of Irving and out toward the airport deal with a lot of blown-in dust, too. The answer is an auto scrubber. Solution down, brushes spinning, squeegee and vacuum right behind. Dirty water never sits. You can drive on it shortly after. We use ride-on scrubbers for long aisles and open floor, and walk-behind units for tight aisles, corners and dock areas. Your account manager walks the building first, learns your shifts and traffic and sets a plan. High-traffic zones get scrubbed often. The rest of the floor goes on a slower rotation. If something changes, like a new shift or more racking, you call your manager and the plan changes with it.

What Gets Done

Each building is different. Most jobs include these.

  • Debris cleared

Shrink wrap, banding and pallet bits picked up first.

  • Ride-on scrubbing

Main aisles and open floor covered fast.

  • Walk-behind detail

Tight aisles, corners and racking edges.

  • Tire marks

Worked off with the right pad and chemical.

  • Docks

Dock plates, lanes and door thresholds scrubbed.

  • Spots treated

Oil and fluid stains get extra passes.

  • Dry floor

Water picked up as the machine moves.

  • Rotation plan

Busy zones often. Quiet zones less often.

How We Plan It

  1. See the floor

Your manager walks the aisles, racking and docks and asks about shifts and traffic.

  2. Write the plan

Zones, frequency and price in writing. Work set for slow shifts, nights or weekends.

  3. Scrub and check

The crew runs the plan. Problem spots get reported. Your manager adjusts as you go.
